A graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook medical school, Dr. Nossa completed an internship in internal medicine at Brown University School of Medicine. He then completed a dermatology residency at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. Dr. Nossa is bilingual and speaks fluent Spanish.
 
Dr. Nossa’s particular expertise is cosmetic procedures, especially the latest laser techniques. He has conducted research and published widely on topics such as melanoma and nonmelanoma skin cancer, technology in medicine, and Mohs surgical techniques. His articles have been published in textbooks as well as medical research journals. At The Dermatology Group, he is responsible for general and surgical dermatology as well as esthetic services such as laser procedures, sclerotherapy, Botox treatments, collagen injections, and related cosmetic work.
